Christianity a violent and aggressive religion?!?
Interesting article that causes great reflection. I disagree with the author about the religions that are non-aggressive. At the Smithsonian there is an exhibit on the history of Sikhism. The religion spread through "evangelism".

Very interesting article. I obviously don't agree with the author's conclusions about Christianity being a violent religion simply because it is evangelistic and cultures are changed. Some culture change is inevitable upon conversion (and that should go for every culture - ESPECIALLY American culture), but I can think of a couple of examples of missionaries in the past trying to change some cultural standards to make them more "Westernized" and not necessarily more Christian. ...and that is sad.
